Payment method
Payment is made to the bank account via the invoice attached to the order confirmation. Goods are shipped once payment has been received.
Right of withdrawal
According to EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received your goods. Please note that this applies to stock items. The right of withdrawal is valid provided that you have not used or assembled the product. The original packaging must be retained and returned with the goods. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping costs. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during return shipping, so please ensure the item is carefully packaged.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to our outlet products.
Always contact us via email at contact@strekk.se before returning any item.Please include information about the order number/invoice number and which items you wish to return in the return shipment.
If you have canceled your purchase and return the item to us, the cost of the item will be refunded. If an order is delivered and not collected within 14 days, it will be returned to Strekk Design AB at your expense.
Complaints and warranty
All products come with a two-year warranty and the right to make a claim in accordance with EU Directives 2011/83/EU and 2019/771/EU. The warranty is valid from the product’s original purchase date, and the order confirmation must be presented. If the item is defective or if we have sent the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than within 14 days, at contact@strekk.se if you wish to submit a warranty claim.
Please make sure to package the item securely, as when it was delivered, as you are responsible for the transport. The item must always be returned to Strekk Design AB, and depending on the nature of the defect, we will either send a replacement item, perform a repair, or refund the product cost.
Transport damage
Carefully check that the package has not been damaged during delivery before signing. Any external damage must be noted on the shipping slip from the carrier at the time of receipt in order for it to be claimed with us within 1–3 days. If a hidden damage appears, this must also be reported within 3 days. We are not responsible for damages that occur during transport or delivery to you as the customer. We follow the guidelines of the Swedish Consumer Agency, and the claim must be made within a reasonable time after you noticed or should have noticed the defect.
In the event of transport damage/hidden damage, please photograph the following:
1. The outer and inner packaging
2. The shipping label from the carrier
3. The product you received showing the damage
Without photos of these points, we are unable to proceed with a transport damage claim to the carrier, and the complaint cannot be approved.
Describe your case and email the images together with your order number to contact@strekk.se within three days of receiving the item. This helps us handle your case more quickly.
Strekk Design AB must report the damage to the transport company within 5 days. Therefore, you as the customer must report the damage before this deadline in order to be eligible for compensation. Damages not reported in time will NOT be reimbursed. Any products that we determine to have been damaged in transport will be replaced free of charge. Keep the original packaging that the item arrived in until the case is closed. The product may not be used during this time.
Product error
Please note that a product defect may also be the result of transport damage. Therefore, always take the same measures as in the case of transport damage to be on the safe side, and we will help you investigate the issue.
