Order Confirmation

An order confirmation of your order will be emailed to you within one business day of the order request. The order is approved by you only by payment of the attached invoice.

Delivery times

Furniture in stock will be shipped immediately after payment is received. If you are wondering if an item is in stock send a request to contact@strekk.se

Your delivery time may vary depending on where in the country you live.

Kindly note that you are required to be present at the delivery address to receive your goods if you order full shelving sections.

Please keep in mind that furniture that is out of stock becomes made-to-order and is made to order according to your specific wishes (e.g. a selected color of wood species or similar) and it is only after our factories receive your order that they can get back to us with an approximate delivery week.

Free shipping

Free shipping to service point or curb on all orders. Goods with home delivery are transported to the customer's plot limit/gate weekdays between 7-17 (Sweden local time). The goods are therefore not carried into the house/apartment. The transport company will contact you to arrange a departure and delivery will take place within a two-hour interval. Please note that the recipient cannot determine the delivery interval as it is governed by the fixed procedures of the transport company in your locality.

Packaging

Whole shelves are delivered on a pallet with 5 pieces of packaging, four in recycled corrugated cardboard and a wooden box made from waste wood from the wood industry. Leave the corrugated cardboard to be recycled for reuse, 98% of today's corrugated cardboard is recycled and makes corrugated cardboard an environmentally sound packaging solution. The wooden box can be saved for use in case of moving or at a sale of the furniture as it ensures that this is an original Strekk furniture.
